Ideal Home is a beautiful house with spacious rooms, offering comfort. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the settlement.
The house has two spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the veranda, you can enjoy your coffee and the view.
Next to the house, there is a spot (kiosk) with an unlimited view
of Natura areas (Aliki, Chortarolimni, Asprolimni) and the beach of Keros.

Mediterranean capital village, with stone houses, built on a large plain near the shores of the Gulf of Pournia
between two small picturesque lakes, Aliki or Asprolimni North and Chortolimni South.
Although they are not well known, they are among the richest Greek wetlands.
We should mention that they even host a flamingo.
The village was first mentioned in 1739 but certainly existed since the years of the marsh in 1453.
It was named after the landowner Kontopoulos, who had his estates in the area.
In the center of the village and in the beautiful square surrounded by traditional houses there is a coffee shop, a grill and quaint cafes.
In the periphery of the village there were several small settlements, some of which are mentioned from the Byzantine years.
Such were Dimosia, Agios Alexandros near the Chloe area,
where the existence of a monastery (Chloe’s monastery) is mentioned in 1320, Agios Nikolaos and others.
The first inhabitants came from Hefaistia, Kochino and Agios Ypatios.
Several remarkable mansions are preserved that show the wealth and beauty, and the rich tradition of carved stone.

Policies

1. Reservations
1.1. Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have check your reservation request.
1.2. A deposit of 25% of your stay total is required to guarantee your reservation.
1.3. The deposit must be made within four days of the payment request or your booking will be cancelled.
1.4. Once the deposit is paid we will send you an email confirming the payment.
2. Check In
2.1. From 15:00 to 23:00.
2.2. If you arrive early and your room is empty and ready you can check in, if it is not ready we can happily store your luggage until it is ready.
2.3. The balance of your payment must be paid on check-in.
3. Check Out
Until 11:00.
4. Children
Crib/cots for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.
5. Payments
5.1. Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
5.2. We accept cash and bank deposits.
6. Cancellations
6.1. Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to [email protected]
6.2. Cancellation requests received 20 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded minus any banking/money transfer costs.
6.3. Cancellation requests received less than 20 days will receive no refund.
6.4. No refunds will be issued if you do not attend.
7. Early departures
If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is less than the cost of a single night you will be charged for the entire night.
8. Cleaning
8.1. The house areas are thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and have clean bed linen and bath towels.
9. General Policies
9.1. The house is not designed to accommodate pets.
9.2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Allowed on balconies.
10. Loss of Items
Your personal belongings should be stored inside the house and at your own risk.
